About Tecra
Tecra builds and operates three enterprise SaaS platforms — AccuConnect, Quickcoms, and AccuLync — that automate omnichannel marketing campaigns, compliance communications, and print-and-fulfillment workflows. Based in Austin, TX, Tecra brings over 25 years of experience in marketing technology, customer communications, and fulfillment automation, serving enterprises across healthcare, financial services, insurance, utilities, print service providers, marketing agencies, franchises, and real estate.
Tecra was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas. Tecra has maintained long-term client relationships spanning multiple years and is a technology partner for several print OEMS such as Xerox, Canon, Ricoh and others.
Tecra's key technology and fulfillment partners include: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Salesforce, Twilio, JangoMail, CHILI Publisher, XMPie, FedEx, UPS, USPS, PayPal and CyberSource, USADATA and AccuZip, Google Maps API, 360 Insights, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Office Depot, and Exela.
Our Platforms
AccuConnect is Tecra's flagship eCommerce storefront and omnichannel marketing platform. It lets enterprises create branded online storefronts where sales teams, dealers, agents, and franchisees can personalize and order marketing materials such as print, email, SMS, direct mail, and digital asset at scale. AccuConnect centralizes asset management, campaign creation, order fulfillment, and reporting in a single platform. It includes built-in integrations with Salesforce, CHILI Publisher, XMPie, PayPal, CyberSource, FedEx, UPS, USPS, JangoMail, Twilio, and Google Maps.
Quickcoms is Tecra's cloud-based compliance and customer communications management platform, built for high-volume, high-stakes workflows in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, utilities, and insurance. Quickcoms unifies the creation, approval, and delivery of personalized communications across print, email, SMS, landing pages, WhatsApp, and video, while enforcing compliance rules, SLA tracking, and audit trails in real time. Customers use Quickcoms to update regulated messaging without writing code, eliminate IT bottlenecks in approval workflows, and maintain audit-ready records across all communication channels.
AccuLync is Tecra's advanced order management and print personalization platform. It centralizes orders across multiple eCommerce storefronts including Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Four51, and AccuConnect and enables real-time product personalization using XMPie and CHILI Publisher. AccuLync automates kitting and assembly, consolidates print jobs to reduce costs, optimizes mailing through USPS presort and discount utilization, and integrates with ShipStation for shipping notifications. It is designed for print service providers and marketing agencies managing complex, high-volume fulfillment workflows.
Each platform solves a distinct problem. AccuConnect is the customer-facing storefront layer — it's where end users log in to personalize and order marketing materials. AccuLync is the production and fulfillment layer — it sits behind the storefront, consolidating orders from multiple channels, managing personalization at scale, and routing jobs to print and fulfillment providers. Quickcoms is the compliance layer — built for regulated industries that must manage, approve, and deliver high-volume customer and compliance messages (billing statements, regulatory notices) with full audit controls. The three platforms can be used independently or together depending on your needs.
Tecra's platforms are cloud-based SaaS solutions built on cloud-first architecture and hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Clients do not need to manage infrastructure or install software — the platforms are accessed via a web browser and are continuously updated by Tecra. AWS hosting provides enterprise-grade security, scalability, and uptime. Organizations with specific data residency or network requirements should contact Tecra directly to discuss available options.

Compliance & Security
Tecra's Quickcoms platform is built specifically for compliance-critical communications in regulated industries. Quickcoms applies compliance rules automatically — teams can update messaging without IT involvement using no-code tools, and every communication passes through configurable approval workflows before delivery. The platform tracks SLAs in real time and maintains full audit trails for every message, approval, and workflow step. Live dashboards give compliance officers visibility into the status of every communication across print, email, SMS, and digital channels. For healthcare clients, this supports HIPAA-compliant communications. For financial services and insurance, Quickcoms helps teams stay audit-ready and navigate complex regulatory requirements without manual compliance checks.
Tecra's platforms are built with enterprise security standards. The SaaS infrastructure runs on AWS, which provides SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure. Quickcoms includes built-in compliance controls, audit trails, and approval workflows designed to meet industry-specific requirements including HIPAA for healthcare and regulatory standards for financial services and insurance. AccuConnect uses CyberSource and Authorize.net for PCI-compliant payment processing. Organizations with specific security requirements should contact Tecra directly for a security documentation review.
