Money Mailer® is a quality leader in the direct mail industry with more than 300 franchises nationwide. Established in 1979, Money Mailer services local business communities by helping them reach their entire customer base. Money Mailer's targeted system for businesses enables them to reach New Movers, Shoppers, and Loyal customers segments with valuable targeted local advertising

The Challenge
As a part of their mission, Money Mailer provides additional products and services that include New Mover Solo Postcard and Targeted Solo Postcard mailing programs to their franchises.  Money Mailer’s main goal is to provide a Solo Order Entry System that allows franchise users to personalize variable content in post cards and place orders through web interface. The Solo orders are processed using XMPie’s uProduce server.

Tecra Solution
Money Mailer currently has Solo Order forms that are filled out by franchise users or sales representatives on behalf of their advertisers and orders are processed manually or using a third party software system at one of their plant locations. The Money Mailer franchise users also use AdEase, a client/server system for ordering static content postcard orders. The challenges to meet the Money Mailer website requirement are:

• Provide easy to use web interface for their franchise to create and submit variable content direct mail orders
• Synchronize franchise, advertiser information between Solo Order Entry and AdEase systems
• Support their existing business process for list management, ordering, production and delivery

Tecra customized the AccuConnect™ product to meet the above challenges and to provide ability to Money Mailer franchise users to personalize variable content in post card orders and also allows Money Mailer production staff to approve, schedule and process these orders. The AccuConnect™ product allows companies to set up products like postcards, letters, business cards for variable content areas, pricing and has built-in workflows to manage role based security, lists and orders.

Technology
AccuConnect™ is based upon advanced technologies such as Microsoft® ASP.NET, Microsoft .NET, and SQL Server 2000 as database backend. The software is built using highly distributed components that enhance scalability and reliability.

The customized AccuConnect™ product website will achieve main goal to provide Solo Order Entry system to their franchise users and automate workflows for order fulfillment.
