Technical Architect Requirement:

Job Summary:

The Technical Architect manages the overall technical architecture of a project or multiple projects. The architect will participate in the development process, conduct system analysis and requirements understanding; design and prototype the systems, specify and document the system architectures, technology and the overall solution for the customer and distributed development team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

    *  Continually research the information technology marketplace for new and innovative         technologies and application development practices.         
    *  Proactively propose these new technologies as solutions to business problems.
    *  Review proposed projects to ensure that they adhere to companies strategic technology         vision.
    *  Review on-going and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse, process         improvement.
    *  Serve as a resource to all teams in evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for         resolving project issues.
    *  Serve as technical lead for pilot projects in areas of strategic significance in which         company does not yet have established skills and methodologies.   


Skills / Attributes Required:

    *  Create scalable and reliable product architectures.
    *  Contribute to multiple new ideas on emerging products.
    *  Deep understanding of Design and Architecture principles.
    *  Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
    *  Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
    *  Strong knowledge in Microsoft . Net Technologies or Java Technologies.


Minimum Qualifications:

    Education: Master’s degree.

    Experience: 5 – 8 years of relevant experience.
   Should have architected at least 3 projects in Java/J2EE or .NET or Middleware domain. All    candidates are expected to exhibit Behavioral skills like good Communication skills,    Customer Service and Team Management skills.
