Sr. Software Engineer

Position Title: Sr. Software Engineer (Ref. Code TSAA1)

Duties: Design and architecture of software applications for user requirements, gather requirements, translate business requirements to functional and system requirements, provide detailed architecture analysis and design; lead the implementation effort from design to production deployment, manage the development tasks, implementation, and validate process; interface with infrastructure team for implementing physical topology for software solution; oversee and manage activities of various parties involved in each phase of the SDLC; work with management team in formulating RFC’s, developing proof-of-concepts, and writing customer specific presentations, develop policies, guidelines, and best practices for execution of software projects; work with management to determine ECM technology market trends and define ECM services offered, perform employee evaluation and goal-setting for ECM team.

Location: Multiple undetermined worksites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel or relocate.

Position Title: $89,627.20 per year

Minimum Qualifications: Education:Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field + 1 year exp. as Software Engineer or related IT occupation. Will accept BS/BA plus five years progressive experience in lieu of Master’s requirement.

Experience: 1 year exp. as Software Engineer or related IT occupation.

Other Requirements: Must have experience in ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL Server, ADO.net, Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 and 2007, C#, Biztalk, HTML, XSL, XSLT, and Visual Studio 2003/2005.
