Project Manger Requirement:

Job Summary:

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. The Project Manager is responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarising progress of the project. The Project Manager may be responsible for more than one project at a time.

Duties/Responsibilities:

    *  Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing            needs and requirements.
    *  Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
    *  Manage day- to - day operational aspects of a project and scope.
    *  Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.  
    *  Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
    *  Prepares our engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
    *  Minimize our exposure and risk on project.
    *  Ensures project documents are complete, correct and stored appropriately.
    *  Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
    *  Manage project budget.

Skills / Attributes Required:

    *  A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment.
    *  Team management experience, comfortable matrix managing project teams of up to         20 people.
    *  Excellent client facing skills.
    *  Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual         design       stage, in the depths of system testing.
    *  The Ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines.
    *  The Ability to have strong impact and influence key decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor Degree or any equivalent degree, master’s degree would be a plus.

    Experience: 5 – 8 years of experience.

    Other Requirement: Good communication skills.
    Sound knowledge of Application Programming.
    Knowledge of web technologies.
